May Shipping Update

📣As we have received many emails from new customers regarding the current shipping status, we thought it would be important that we make a general announcement so everyone can be aware of it. 😊

📌Based on our previous update, all orders placed before 3pm MST are still being picked up by Canada Post (during weekdays). However, we do ask our beloved customers to try and place your orders as early as possible during the day, as this will allow our shipping team to ensure your packages are 100% ready for pick up before 3pm. As we have a large number of orders to process everyday, the closer it is to 3pm, the higher chance your order may not be ready for pick up in the same day. 😑

🚚As for the current delivery status from Canada Post, we would say majority of the orders are still being delivered on time. Depending on the areas and the transit route, some may experience up to a few days delay as Canada Post is working on reduced hours and staff, while facing a massive spike in deliveries 🎁🎁🎁. For those who are experiencing a delay on their deliveries, feel free to send us an email and we will monitor the status of your package daily until your order is delivered!
