- For any reason that you are not completely satisfied with the order, we are happy to accept any new and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
- Please note the customer shall be responsible for return shipping with tracking number and handling charges. If we made a mistake on your order, please request a free return label from us first.
- Once the returned items are examined by our staff, the customer will receive an email notification regarding the refund. This process should take no longer than 2 business days once we receive the returned item.
- In case of any refusal on delivery, actual shipping charge & related cost will be deducted during a refund. Please ensure you can accept the package during the estimated delivery time frame.
- All sales items are final (including purchases with discount code), it cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
