This cleanser was recommended to me by a friend with dry and sensitive skin. I find it to be pretty mild with a very minimal fragrance (I think from the bergamot). If I use the etude house jellyfish scrubby, I get a lot of foam, otherwise it’s almost milky. I’m not sure if it’s better than my current cleanser, but I like it.
The NEOGEN Real Cica Micellar Cleansing Foam is gentle yet effective to deeply clean the skin, leaving it soft and smooth. Cica is actually a nickname for the scientific name, centella asiatica. The NEOGEN Cica line of products features it’s star ingredient, Cica, to deeply hydrate while soothing the skin. This cleansing foam is perfect for those with dry and sensitive skin.
